Snow!

 

Samuel has been waiting all winter for some snow to play in.  He doesn’t remember his first winter in Colorado Springs where we got plenty of snow, he only remembers wearing shorts in December in Mississippi.  So he was thrilled when he woke up this morning.

Molly was more excited about watching the snow from the warmth of the kitchen.  She doesn’t talk but she’s pretty good about letting you know how she feels.

It was even perfect snow for a snow man! Our snow man looks a little vampirish.  You work with what you’ve got!

Snow angels!  Gotta close your eyes when it’s still snowing.

There’s a little smile.

That takes too long.  I think I’ll just give it a good lick.

And Molly’s done. We had to put Samuel’s old shoes on her so her jammies would fit in there.

 

Samuel stayed out another 30 minutes.  Cold doesn’t phase this boy.
