We had a beautiful Saturday and a dreary Sunday for Easter weekend this year. So we hunted eggs on Saturday and dressed up on Sunday. As always the kids had fun and the adults enjoyed watching.
Uncle Mike got some bonding time with Baby Dean during the egg hunt.
Group pictures are like herding cats.
One shoe off and one shoe on…
Classic Avey face.
The boys!
Samuel designed and decorated the cake. Molly photobombed the pic.
And then had to have one of her own.
We attempted the sunrise service for the first time this year. We got rained on and Avery was a tired girl by the end of the day. It might be a few years before we do it again. We sure loved squeezing on Dean. He’s the topic of many conversations around here so it’s always fun to see him. Of course we like Aunt Cori and Uncle Cason too, but let’s just face it, Dean is the favorite. Haha! We did miss our Nashville cousins though and Samuel drew a map of how to get there for me this morning in case we might visit soon. We hope all of friends far and wide had a fantastic weekend worshipping our Savior!
He is Risen!
