Yesterday morning we left Samuel in his jammies and bundled up in a blanket while we walked around the neighborhood looking for pumpkins (one of his current favorite activities). Then we came home and decided to carve our own pumpkin!
He was a little sad that Daddy cut into his “money.”
And he wasn’t overly thrilled about touching the gunky stuff either. He said it was too cold.
But then he warmed up a little and stuck his whole head in.
Putting the lid back on.
The plan for our pumpkin.
The mouth is done!
Samuel is not as big of a help as you might think. So he got a pumpkin to color so that Daddy could carve in peace.
Finished product!
We’ll take lots of pictures of his first trick-or-treating tonight and post them soon. But until then here’s a reminder of what he looked like last year at this time:
And we thought he was active then!
Love that gummy grin!
