Busy Week

Tomorrow is the last day of Bible School. We haven't taken many pictures this week. We're more in survival mode. Samuel is snoozing after a rough morning. He has been so good all week in the nursery but I think he had a tummy ache today because we had a blowout on the way home. Lovely. Miss Bee was a trooper though and walked him around all morning.

Mike gets to go sky diving next weekend. Yikes! He's also going to have eye surgery soon. I'm trying not be jealous. (Of the eye surgery not the sky diving.) My day will come.Here's a picture of us at the squadron picnic last Friday. It was hot but Samuel was happy all day. I changed his diaper when we got home and his poor little bottom was so sweaty. I made it up to him by letting him chew on his toes for a minute before I put a new diaper on. If only we were all so easily pacified!

I took this picture the other night while he ate his cereal. He decided it would be fun to take a bite and then spit it out on the tray. Then he would go back and suck it off later. Silly boy! A couple of days ago I decided to let him play with the spoon a little bit before I put any cereal on it. Apparently that's what he needed because now he just sucks it right off like a pro.
