Camping Trip!

Mike is wanting to take Samuel on a camping trip soon but since we had a bad experience when he was little Mike decided to try a little dry run in the backyard.  Samuel was so excited all day on Saturday as they set up the tent and made their plans.  He packed a bag with his jammies, flashlight, books and of course Hotwheels.  No trip is complete without those!

Some neighbors taught Samuel to make silly faces at the camera.  Isn’t that fun?

Molly and I were invited to join in for dinner.

She loves her brother.  Sometimes we wonder why.

There we go.

After supper Molly went in to bed and I came back out for marshmallows.  After that I went in to paint my toenails and watch a movie>  This was my kind of camping trip!

He did great!  And even slept all night.  Not sure we can say the same for Mike but they had lots of fun!
