Saturday morning Samuel started doing this strange chewing thing with his mouth. A couple of times I got scared that he had something in his mouth but there was never anything in there. Then when I was feeding him dinner he discovered that he could add his voice and make a buh buh buh sound. So now he does it ALL the time. Sometimes he has to warm up first with just the movement and then he adds sound. It' pretty funny.
I think he's finally back to normal after our trip. Friday he wasn't feeling well. He was still all day and his eyes were red and puffy all day. He took three long naps and still seemed tired. Saturday he wasn't interested in eating anything and was a little fussy all day.
Yesterday he started to perk up so we went up to the Shops at Briargate yesterday afternoon. The whole way there he was trying to sit up in just car seat. Then while he was in his stroller he never leaned back the whole time. We were in Banana Republic looking at the sale racks and not really paying attention. When we turned around he had a pant leg (from the rack) in his mouth! He did it again in Ann Taylor. We went to Babies R Us this morning and he was trying to lean out of the stroller to grab the bibs. It's amazing to me how he does so many new things in just a few days.
I made some green beans, acorn squash and peaches for him today. We're going to try the green beans tonight. We'll see how he likes them!
