Normally Samuel goes down for a nap between 8:30 and 9:00 each morning, but today it was rainy and cold and he thought, "Why should I bother with getting up for breakfast when I'm just going back to bed anyway?" So he slept straight through to 9:15. This is how I found him around 8:45. I believe he takes after his Daddy! I got up at 6:30, cleaned 2 bathrooms, rolled out some rolls, put a roast in the crockpot, leisurely drank my coffee and watched the opening of Regis and Kelly. It was pretty nice!
It's been cold and rainy here and we've really missed our daily walks so today we headed out to the mall for a walk. We went to Burlington Coat Factory to get Samuel some sandals for the summer and I chatted with a lady shopping for her little girl to be born soon. Samuel was dozing in his stroller and she just reached in and poked him! Who does that? His eyes flew open and he just looked at her like she was nuts. We quickly headed to checkout.
